On a serious note though, these are the things I have come to understand about developing a research question:

1. It should be relevant.
2. How you formulate your question will also determine how you are meant to answer the question.
3. Your subquestions should relate to the main question. Your subquestions should be able to help you answer the main question and they should be formulated in such a way that a coherent story is being told…
