Starting a new journal is tough. I have not been consistent with it at all recently but I have set a goal for myself to do so this year (I ordered some new journals from my journal line which you can find on Amazon). So far, I have used my journals to write down ideas for blogs and other creative outlets for me. I have also used my journals for work related things. Though, getting that first page written in a new journal and figuring out what else you want to include can be somewhat intimidating. In this blog, I will discuss some to help you fill up your journal.

- On your opening page, consider adding a recent photograph of yourself, your full name, and the year you’re beginning this journal. Embellish the page with charming illustrations and doodles to add that unique touch of charm and whimsy.
2. Create an “About Me” page: Sketch out a section dedicated to introducing yourself, detailing your personality traits, preferences, aversions, age, nationality, family background, and more.

3. Consider crafting an “Ins and Outs” page. On this page, jot down a list of things you aspire to bring into your life and another list of what you aim to eliminate, focusing on your goals for the upcoming year or month.
4. Pen a letter to your future self: Capture your current thoughts, feelings, and aspirations in a letter addressed to you in the future. This creates a fascinating moment of reflection when you revisit it later.
5. Mood Board: Assemble a mood or vision board by creating a collage filled with images that reflect your interests, preferences, and inspirations.

6. Habit Tracker: Monitor your daily routines by designing an adorable habit tracker in your journal. This tool assists in evaluating which habits you wish to modify and which ones you aim to maintain.
7. Food Journal: Keeping a food journal can guide you towards making healthier dietary choices. It enables you to monitor nutritional gaps, identify possible allergies, and track foods that may cause other reactions in your body.
8. Gratitude Journal: Taking a moment to reflect on what we’re thankful for is crucial. We often dwell on the negative aspects of life, but maintaining a gratitude journal encourages us to recognize and appreciate the positive elements in our lives.

Happy journaling!
